• Account Information: Full name, email address, contact phone number, and authentication identifiers provided during Google login or user registration.
• Booking & Usage Data: Reserved machine IDs, wash slot times, appointment schedules, and machine activation logs.
• Payment Information: Transaction identifiers, order amounts, and payment status returned by our payment gateway partners. Please note: We do NOT store debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers. All financial data is encrypted and handled exclusively by RBI-licensed payment gateways.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To process slot bookings and trigger automated washing machine cycles.
• To verify payments, generate receipts, and process refunds when applicable.
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot hardware or reservation issues.
• To comply with regulatory, accounting, and legal requirements under Indian law.

3. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:

• Payment Service Providers: Licensed payment gateways (such as PhonePe or Razorpay) to verify and settle payment transactions securely.
• IoT Cloud Services: Secured cloud infrastructure (Tuya IoT) required to send power-on/power-off signals to physical laundry switches.
• Legal Authorities: When required by court orders, governmental requests, or applicable law enforcement procedures.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption for all web traffic) to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure. We retain transaction data for the period required to fulfill legal, tax, and accounting requirements under Indian statutes.
