Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services

Our platform provides on-demand, self-service time slot reservations for automated washing machines installed at Priya Aachi Hostel. We offer digital reservation and access services only; we do not sell or deliver physical merchandise.

2. Slot Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Before Slot Commencement: Users may reschedule or cancel their booked laundry slot directly through the portal at any time before the scheduled slot start time.
• After Slot Start Time: Once a scheduled wash slot has commenced or the machine cycle has been activated, cancellations are not permitted as the time slot was exclusively reserved for the user.

3. Circumstances Eligible for Refund

Users are entitled to a full refund or a complimentary replacement slot under the following circumstances:

• Machine Malfunction / Hardware Failure: The reserved washing machine fails to activate or stops mid-cycle due to technical or electrical faults.
• Facility Outage: Service disruption caused by unforeseen power cuts or water supply interruptions at the premises.
• Double Payment / Failed Transaction:Any instance where funds are debited from the user's bank account/UPI but the booking or machine activation was not confirmed by the system.

4. Refund Processing Time & Method

Depending on your bank's settlement cycle, the funds may reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days from the date of refund initiation.
