1. Introduction & Acceptance

This document is an electronic record published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. This platform, accessible via https://priyaaachihostel.in ("Website" or "Platform"), is owned and operated by KANNA AGENCIES, a sole proprietorship registered under Indian law with its principal place of business at 93, Poonamallee Road, Ekkattuthangal, Chennai, Tamil Nadu - 600032 (Proprietor: PRIYA, hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our website, services, and online booking tools (collectively referred to as "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our accompanying Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Services Provided

LaundroPay is a smart, automated laundry management and payment system operated by KANNA AGENCIES at Priya Aachi Hostel. We provide residents and authorized users with:

• Real-time availability monitoring of on-premise washing machines.
• Online slot reservation and self-service booking.
• Secure digital payment processing for 60-minute wash cycles.
• Automated IoT hardware activation of washing machines upon verified payment.

All services are provided on-premise. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.

3. User Registration & Account Responsibility

To access our booking and payment services, users are required to register and log in via authorized authentication methods. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our Platform are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The standard rate for a single 60-minute automated wash slot is ₹100.

Payments are collected online through RBI-authorized payment gateways (including UPI, Net Banking, and Debit Cards). By initiating a transaction, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the designated payment instrument.

5. Machine Usage Guidelines

• Users must only operate machines during their scheduled and paid slot time.
• Users must follow standard machine load limits and avoid washing unauthorized or damaging items.
• KANNA AGENCIES is not responsible for clothes left unattended in the laundry area.

6. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, municipal water supply interruptions, internet service provider failures, or governmental restrictions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any contractual or non-contractual disputes arising out of or related to this Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or matters.
